Isras and Ogen – Income-Generating Properties
The group owns more than 500,000 square meters of income-producing rental properties, including: technology parks at Har Hotzvim and Malha in Jerusalem (through the GATI subsidiary); industrial facilities and workshops, commercial and office areas, protected housing (including the luxury home for the elderly in Kfar Shmaryahu, operated by the group’s fully owned Neve Aviv Club subsidiary), and parking garages. The company has an inventory of some 300,000 square meters of land reserves and building rights, and its income-producing properties are valued at NIS 3.3 billion.
Rassco and Ocif – Residential Construction
Rassco and Ocif focus on developing residential construction in high-demand areas in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Ramat Gan, Kiryat Ono, Givat Shmuel, Haifa, and Nahariya. The companies are involved in construction projects for more than 1,000 residential units. The group owns land reserves now in various planning stages for some 2,000 additional residential units, and is also working on “clearance-construction” projects (at various stages) in central Israel involving some 2,000 residential units.
